Getting Your ATA Show Ticket: Member vs. Public Events Explained
Understanding the ATA Show and Your Ticket Options
The Archery Trade Association (ATA) operates two distinct events at their annual show, and which one you can attend without membership depends on which event interests you.
The Trade Show: Member-Only Access
The ATA Trade Show itself is a business-to-business event held January 7–10, 2026, at the Indiana Convention Center in Indianapolis. This event is exclusively for industry professionals and requires an ATA membership to attend. If you’re in the archery or bowhunting industry—whether as a retailer, manufacturer, coach, or service professional—this is the event where you network with vendors and see new products before they reach consumers.
The Archery & Bowhunting Supershow: Open to the Public
The good news: the ATA has launched an all-new public-facing event called the Archery & Bowhunting Supershow, running January 9–10, 2026. This event is open to anyone—bowhunters, target archers, families, and outdoor enthusiasts can buy tickets directly without joining the ATA. This is your ticket to the show if you’re not in the archery industry professionally.
ATA Membership Categories and Costs
If you do want to join the ATA for trade show access or member benefits, membership categories vary by your role:
- Basic Manufacturer Members: $110/year
- Archery Reseller/Pro Shop/Range Operator: $135–$150/year
- Supporting Members: $250/year
- Archery Service Professionals: For coaches, technicians, and service-oriented professionals
- Media Members: $600/year
Memberships run from April 1 to March 31 and are not prorated, so you pay the full annual amount whenever you join during the year.

Why the Distinction?
The ATA is a trade association for the archery industry, so its core trade show is geared toward business buyers and professionals. By opening a public supershow alongside it, they’ve created an accessible entry point for enthusiasts who want to explore archery without the membership requirement. If you’re shopping for gear or exploring the sport, the Supershow is your event. If you’re running a pro shop or archery business, membership in the appropriate category unlocks deeper access and networking opportunities.
